On June the 24:th the traditional Swedish Midsummer is celebrated. This means dancing around the Midsummer Pole, eating strawberries and other summery dishes and stay up all night long as this night is the shortest night of the year. In the northern part of Sweden the sun never sets, that is known as the Midnight Sun.
If you are not married, tradition says you should pick 7 different flowers and put under your pillow on Midsummer Eve and then you will dream about your future husband.....
